Catalyst This new high-rise will be the first of The Novare Group's buildings on their 3rd ward site. The Catalyst will be located on the corner of Church and Martin Luther King (formally 2nd street) next to the new proposed Knights baseball stadium and 3rd Ward Park. There will be 20,000sqft of retail occupying the bottom of the building. Catalyst will amenities will include a swimming pool, activity deck, club room, fitness center media room and gaming room. There will be 462 one and two bedroom condos reasonably priced starting around $180,000. Sales start in June. Completion expected early 2009.
